How pricing works
Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page before you confirm. Here is what sets them, and what to expect on the day.
What decides the price
Four things set the price: how long the service is, what kind it is, any add-on, and who you book with. The booking page shows the price of each one.
The length of the service
Massage, facial, body treatment, or a long visit that combines two
Add-ons such as warm stones or a scalp massage
The level of the person you book
What the consultation covers
Every visit begins with a few minutes about pressure, areas to avoid and anything you want us to know that day. For a facial, Telma looks at your skin first. The talk is part of your appointment time.
Deposits
A single treatment books with no deposit. A card holds a long visit of two hours or more, and a group of three or more, and it goes toward your visit.
Tell us at least 24 hours ahead and we'll move or cancel your visit without trouble. A group of three or more asks for three days. If you arrive late, we shorten the treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
How levels set the price
A senior therapist or esthetician may be priced differently from another. The booking page shows who you are booking and what that costs before you confirm.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Ask for an add-on when you book, or tell your therapist on the day. We agree to it before we start, and the time is added to your visit if the schedule allows.
Tipping
Tips are never added to your bill. Leave one for whoever looked after you, at the desk or on your card. In a group, each guest tips their own therapist.
A gift card works for any amount and any service. Buy one online or at the front desk; whoever receives it books like any guest. Ask us about expiry in your state.
