Our policies
What to know before you book. Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page.
Booking and deposits
Book online, or call the front desk. A single treatment books with no deposit. A card holds a long visit of two hours or more, and a group of three or more, and it goes toward your visit. Groups of three or more book by phone.
Canceling and running late
Please tell us at least 24 hours before your time and we'll move it or cancel it without trouble. A group of three or more asks for three days. If you arrive late, we shorten your treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a visit without telling us, the card on your booking may be charged under the spa's terms, which you see before you confirm. Call us if something comes up; we would rather move you.
Children and companions
Treatments are for guests 16 and older. A parent or guardian books for anyone under 18 and stays in the building. A companion is welcome to wait in the lounge.
Patch tests and allergies
Tell us about allergies and sensitivities when you book and again at the talk before your treatment. We can tell you every product we use, and we'll test one on a small area of skin first when you ask.
If you're not happy
If you're not happy with a treatment, tell us within a few days and we'll make it right, whether that means another visit or a conversation about what went wrong.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never added to your bill. Leave one at the desk or on your card for whoever looked after you. In a group, each guest tips their own therapist.
Using the thermal areas
We have no sauna or steam room. Our heat is a warmed table, hot towels, warm stones and a warm wrap, and those treatments are for guests 18 and older. Wear what is comfortable in, and we give you a robe and slippers. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, ask your doctor before you book stones or a wrap. Tell your therapist if you feel dizzy or unwell.
Phones and quiet
Please keep your phone in your locker, or on silent, in the lounge and the treatment rooms. No photos where guests are changing or resting.
